*	at minimum of 3 years software development experience 
*	solid web programming experience in a UNIX/LINUX environment 
*	Python, JAVA, PHP 
*	In-depth knowledge of RDMS/SQL and LDAP 
*	Emacs when you can.eclipse when you have to 
*	SpringFramework experience a plus 
*	A strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude 
*	Past experience shipping code to a client 
*	Excellent written and oral communication skills 
*	A fun attitude and a commitment to success 
*	Willing to work fulltime or on a right to hire basis.
