PHP/MySQL Developers.  The qualifications for every position is

. Demonstrated mastery in building commercial web applications from the
ground up 
. 3+ years professional experience developing with PHP 
. Excellent object-oriented programming skills with strong knowledge of
XHTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript 
. Advanced database (MySQL) knowledge and follow "best practices" in
regards to database design
