We have a networking site written in php with a MySQL database. We require a 
part time  programmer well experienced in php who is skilled at 
understanding and modifying existing php code and who is knowledgeable about 
different options for delivering video over the web.
Some graphic design skills would also be a plus.

We are based in NYC and would like the programmer we hire to be close by, 
although the work does not need to be done on site. Only US based 
programmers should apply.

We will have ongoing part-time work with this site.
