Internet startup with broad technical problems to solve is seeking an hourly PHP professional with enterprise experience in the following areas:
* LAMP
* Zend Framework
* SQL/MySQL
* XML Database (Oracle Berkeley DB XML) - XQuery, XPath
* XML REST API including authorization, Oauth, account keys, and security issues surrounding publicly accessible APIs
* N-tier architecture

Preferred experience with:
* SMS/SMPP
* AWS - Amazon Web Services
* JavaScript and jQuery
* Telephony
* Workflow and Deployments

This is a ground-floor opportunity with an unfunded start-up that could become a full-time lead developer position if we meet funding targets. It will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon taking this position.
