Job: NYC-area Rock Star php / Zend developer needed

Need a front AND back end php developer with zend framework experience to do
product development and site maintenance.  We are a newly launched online
job board written in php.  Our database is MySQL and full text index is
Lucene.  We are interested in developing a Refer-A-Friend Program, iPhone
app, an affiliate marketing widget, and other features, in addition to
regular site maintenance.

You must be located in NYC or surrounding area.  You will not work in our
office but we would like to meet every other week in person.  You must be
able to provide samples of work and be available during business hours -
eastern standard time.  Actual hours worked will be ~50-75 / month with
potential to scale as we grow.

We are a startup and as such, compensation will be part cash ($2,000/month
stipend) and part equity (to vest over time and on performance).  We are
looking for someone who is interested in growing their responsibilities with
our company over time.

Required Skills: 
* 5+ years experience with front end web development
* Expert level CSS, including best practices, standards and optimization
techniques 
* Expert with cross-browser compatibility
* Expert level html, XHTML
* Expert level Lucene, MySQL, PHP, Zend
* Knowledgeable in page load time optimization
* Experience with OO JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery
* Experience with developing applications using Model View Controller design
patterns 
* Experience with source control and version control tools (preferably
Subversion) 
* Experience with Linux command line
* Understanding of Social Networking and Web 2.0 technologies
* Experience using 3rd party development API's (Facebook, Google, etc.)
* Ability to work in a small team and build consensus with colleagues
