I am looking to expand my freelance business to include a junior PHP
developer to work alongside me.

Required skills are PHP, mySQL, javascript & of course (X)HTML.  Experience
with jQuery a solid plus.

This is something I hope to grow into a long term position, but for now it
will be job to job.

There is no location requirement, although being in Northern NY (no,
Rockland county is not NNY :)  Syracuse/Albany & north) is a big plus.
