openings for full-time, experienced Developers and Engineers to work on a variety of projects.

Learn our proprietary MVC framework and CMS, and create functional pages for both administrative control and personalized end-user interaction on a robust platform serving tens of millions of users.

We are also developing unique applications to perform "Big Data" analytics and provide insights and visualizations on various types of profiling, reporting and campaign related activity.

As a vendor serving Financial Institutions, security is paramount.  Familiarity with OWASP guidelines and experience with all aspects web security is a plus.  Background checks are required.

Experience with WAP and/or mobile is also a plus.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Detail Oriented
- LAMP stack experience
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical skills

PROGRAMMING - 3-4 years experience
- write clean, readable code
- adhere to company standards and security guideline
- understand existing code base and improve/enhance, don't re-create
- provide insights and feedback for architecture and product

ENGINEERING - 5-10 years experience
- Everything under Programming (above) plus...
- deep understanding of entire application
- understanding of all elements of the stack and their interactions to track down performance issues
- strong trouble-shooting skills
- implement specialized technologies such as SAML, encryption, APIs, etc
- work with clients for API and Web Service integrations
- strong database skills to separate data issues from code issues

TECHNICAL MANAGMENT 10+ years experience
- Everything under Engineering (above) plus...
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to build a career with a growing company - no job shoppers.
- Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks
- Sense of humor

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
